"We were back to the reality of a Starbucks on every corner with Mr. Keigwin’s “Caffeinated,” a hilarious, jittery mix of aerobics, cheerleading, ballet and boxing that seems to use every note of Philip Glass’s “Glasspiece No. 3.”
