Returning to NYC after its groundbreaking 12-year Broadway run, Rent, set in NYC's East Village, is a modern take on the classic Puccini opera, La Boheme. It tells the unforgettable story of a group of young artists learning to survive, falling in love, finding their voices and living for today.
Rent, written by Jonathan Larson, will be directed by Michael Greif who directed the show's original off-Broadway and Broadway productions. The creative team will include choreographer Larry Keigwin; music supervisor Tim Weil; set designer Mark Wendland; costume designer Angela Wendt; lighting designer Kevin Adams; sound designer Brian Ronan, projection designer by Peter Nigrini.
